I find that after a period of several days of being completely dedicated to eating right, I start to get headaches. I can't function when my head hurts, so sometimes I find myself eating something fast and then feeling horrible because I let myself eat the wrong thing. Why do I tend to have a bigger problem with headaches when I am trying to eat right? How can I eat right and not get headaches? |

When you begin to eat right, your body starts the process of ridding itself of toxins. The toxins are released into the blood stream to be purged from the body. One of the most common symptoms of this "healing crisis," besides low energy, is a headache. Drink water with lemon juice added, and then do the extended Isoflex movement routine and your headache will disappear. It will disappear in the last ten minutes, when your body is fully warmed up and you are burning fat and not sugar. At this point the bounce and shake movement is the most powerful for both neutralizing and removing toxins from your blood stream.
Another reason you may be getting headaches is because you stopped drinking coffee. The caffeine in coffee reduces circulation in the brain by 30%. When you cut out your caffeine intake, suddenly more blood flows to your brain but your veins are still constricted. As a result, you feel the pressure. This pressure can also be relieved by lemon water and doing 30-45 minutes of the Isoflex movements.
There are, of course, other reasons for headaches, but these are generally the reasons for getting a headache when you are eating healthier foods. One of the most common reasons for headaches is eating food with Mono Sodium Glutamate (MSG). It is best to avoid these substances but there is a supplement that helps the brain cope with MSG and removes headaches. It is called Lithium Orotate. It helps prevent the cellular die off which occurs when the brain cells become overexcited by MSG. Lithium Orotate is available as a dietary supplement in stores and over the Internet. Most people only need 4.7 mg in the morning on an empty stomach. It is a super-mineral and most people will benefit from it. Lithium Orotate in not the same as the drug "Lithium." It has no reported side effects and helps to produce and balance brain chemicals. Besides relief from migraines and MSG, many people report experiencing increasing calm and freedom from anxiety when taking Lithium Orotate.
