How do I receive Free Shipping on my order?
Free shipping is valid in the US only on purchases of $100 or more in the same order. Offer is good for the order’s first “ship-to” address anywhere in the United States. Free shipping is only applied to orders using USPS Priority Mail. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Please allow 7-9 business days for delivery. No adjustments on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable and subject to change without notice. This offer is not valid on international shipments.
How long will it take to receive my order?
This depends where you live and what shipping service you selected during checkout. We ship from Rocklin, California each business day. Federal Express orders usually arrive as xpected and explained during chekcout. US Postal Mail (USPS) can sometimes take a couple extra days to arrive than planned, especially for international orders. This is often due to delays in customs and delivery in other countries. PLease be patient, we will try to make sure you receive what you need any way we can.
How do I return a product?
We never like hearing this question but things happen. You can return any product within 30 days for a full refund. Please send back the unused portion of the product with a completed Product Return Form. You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the unused product. Please don't use all or most of the product and then request a refund. We do not accept product returns more than 30 days after the order date. We are unable to refund you for John Gray & Mars Venus products that you have purchased from other websites, retailers or companies. Why don't you ship to my country?
MarsVenus is unable to ship our products to certain countries in the world due to Import Restrictions. Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs. Please be advised that MarsVenus.com is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international shipments.
