I manage two employees that do not like each other. It is starting to affect the morale of the other employees who are tired of the conflict. Both employees have come to me separately at different times to “tell” on the other one. It's got to the point where other employees have begun to take up sides to support one or the other. My boss and my human resource manager both told me that people have been complaining about me in the office. My coworkers say I act superior and try to oversee their work. They feel that my genuine offers of assistance have been interfering with their work. Since I am the senior person in both age and experience, I try to help out when people have issues with their projects. I do have a strong personality, but I believe my suggestions are useful.
