Why John Gray Teaches Health

It was over 10 years ago that I started researching and focusing on improving health, wellness and nutrition.

Before that, I had devoted 20 years towards counseling people and teaching relationship seminars on love and marriage. And I was happy doing that and seeing couples grow from my work.

But I realized many of the problems in relationships were closely related to the health of one partner or both partners. And their health was closely connected to their lifestyle, mainly their die...

Why Am I So Moody Lately?

Hi John-

I am 46 years old, mother of 3 children (13, 8 and 3 years old) and happily married since 2004. But I still experience periods of emotional ups-and-downs that affect my life too much.

I have a sense it is about hormones. I also know I have Hypothyroidism, so I take mineral supplement every day. I do yoga 1-2 times/week.

But I wonder what else I can do to get my mental balance and health back.

Best regards,

Giselle

He or she can make you happier, but he or she cannot make you happy. Your happiness comes from within you. It's based on your own self-love. Your partner provides the dessert to make you feel better than you ever knew but they do not form your happiness.

Many people misread their partner's actions as a sign of the mood they are in. Men naturally need to pull away to rebuild their testosterone and relieve stress. Women need to...

Chronic Skin Conditions Can Lead to Depression

Psoriasis affects over 100 million people in the world. It's the most active autoimmune disease.

As outer skin layers shed, new skin cells grow and replace. For people with psoriasis, new skin cells grow and move skin surface every few days rather than weeks.
