How do I receive Free Shipping on my order? 
Free shipping is valid in the US only on purchases of $100 or more in the same order. Offer is good for the order’s first “ship-to” address anywhere in the United States. Free shipping is only applied to orders using USPS Priority Mail. If you choose another shipping option, additional charges will apply. Please allow 7-9 business days for delivery. No adjustments on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable and subject to change without notice. This offer is not valid on international shipments.

Do you ship to my country?
MarsVenus is unable to ship our products to certain countries in the world due to Import Restrictions. Please contact your customs office to understand the import regulations before placing your order.

If you place an international order on, please note that we are not responsible for taxes, duties, brokerage fees or extra delivery fees which may be applied to international shipments.

Refunds will not be issued for any order that is:
- seized by Customs
- refused or abandoned by the intended recipient
- can not be delivered due to an address error

Supplements are restricted for import to a 90 day supply in some countries and must be for your own personal use. Losses incurred due to exceeding your country’s limitations will not be refunded.

How long will it take to receive my order? 
This depends where you live and what shipping service you selected during checkout. We ship from Rocklin, California each business day. Federal Express orders usually arrive as expected and explained during checkout. US Postal Mail (USPS) can sometimes take a couple extra days to arrive than planned, especially for international orders. This is often due to delays in customs and delivery in other countries. Please be patient, we will try to make sure you receive what you need any way we can.

How do I return a product?
We never like hearing this question but we understand and still want to help.

However, please do not use all or most of the product and then request a refund.
Product returned with less than half in the container will not qualify for a refund. If you are returning more than 1 of the same item, only one of the items can be opened for refund. If more than one is opened or the security seal broken, it will not qualify for a refund. Shipping is not refundable. Empty containers do not qualify for refunds. To qualify for a return it must be shipped to our office within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept product returns more than 30 days after the order date. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for returned orders. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and any time.

Do you donate books to libraries and charities? 
Unfortunately we do not have books for donations at this time but you can try to contact the publishers for a specific title.
