I have been using this NADH from Source Naturals for years. It wasn't until recently that I realized I wasn't taking the right amount.

I used to take 5-20mg in a day. However, the newest research on NADH suggests that I should be taking 80mg per day: 40mg in the morning, 40mg after lunch.

This provides the best benefits for lasting energy, normal blood sugar balance, reduced jet lag, and optimal brain function.

This is a great supplement. My naturopath suggests I take everyday. It is a great pick me up as well without any jittery feelings. I recommend NADH to all my friends and always have it on hand at home and in my purse. I find I procrastinate less because I have more energy. It is great for reducing jet lag as well. I love, love love this supplement!
